Document Carriers O.K. Says Fed.

The rumor that Federal Reserve Banks will no longer process items in document carriers due to Check 21 is unfounded.

The Federal Reserve clarified guidelines for all non-imageable items, including "items in carrier documents", in their letter entitled "Federal Reserve Banks Expand On Deposit Guidlines for Non-Imageable Check Items".
